i. Hotels & Restaurants

Where every guest is a first impression.

Suites, lobbies, ballrooms, and dining rooms are restored on a quiet rhythm... never seen, never delayed, always ready. Our technicians arrive after service hours, brief with your housekeeping or front-of-house lead, and depart before the room is needed again.

  • 01 Cleaning of wool carpets and rugs in suites, public spaces, and event rooms low-moisture extraction, controlled airflow drying, no chemical residue.
  • 02 Drapery and curtain cleaning, on-site, on a track-to-track schedule that keeps every window dressed at all times.
  • 03 Upholstery and leather restoration of banquettes, headboards, and lobby furniture, with on-call repair for tears, burns, and dye corrections.
  • 04 Two-hour emergency stain response in major metros, a single number, a single technician, no triage, no script.
  • 05 Maintenance contracts with a fixed quarterly cadence, an annual deep-clean, and a named account technician.

ii. Yachts & Aircraft

In port, on tarmac, on schedule.

Cabins, decks, and galleys live under conditions no residence will ever see. Sea air, recycled cabin air, and constant traffic demand a different kind of care and the discretion to deliver it within a tight window.

  • 01 Cabin carpet and rug cleaning in port or on tarmac, with workshop service available for vessels and airframes laid up between charters.
  • 02 Upholstery, leather, and Alcantara cleaning including bespoke sofas, headliners, and window treatments.
  • 03 Anti-mite, antistatic, and waterproofing treatments for textiles in marine and aviation environments.
  • 04 Air atomizing and sterilization between charters and crew rotations.
  • 05 Secure short and long-term storage of off-season fabrics with surveillance, routine airing, inspection, and maintenance.

iii. Private Residences

Heirlooms deserve patience.

Hand-loomed wools, embroidered drapery, antique passementerie, family rugs that have crossed an ocean these are not jobs to schedule between others. We arrive when we said we would, on the day we said we would, and we stay until the work is what it should be.

  • 01 Carpet and rug cleaning, on-site or returned to our workshop with white-glove pickup and delivery.
  • 02 Carpet repair and color restoration by a master colorist for heirloom pieces, antique rugs, and damaged dye lots.
  • 03 Drapery, curtain, and sheer cleaning taken down, restored, and re-hung in a single visit where possible.
  • 04 Upholstery and leather treatment for sofas, dining seating, and bespoke pieces.
  • 05 Fireproofing, anti-mite, and antistatic treatments for nurseries and primary suites.
  • 06 Secure long-term storage for off-season rugs, with quarterly airing and inspection.

iv. Corporate Offices

A quiet rhythm, after hours.

Boardrooms, executive floors, private clubs within the building maintained on a discreet weekly or monthly cadence, without disturbing the people who work there. We brief with facilities, badge in, do the work, and leave the room better than we found it.

  • 02 Carpet padding supply and installation when sound or comfort upgrades are required.
  • 03 Upholstery cleaning of executive seating and conference furniture.
  • 04 Stain removal kits with team training for facilities staff who handle the small things between our visits.
  • 05 Pest control services, coordinated alongside textile maintenance, on a single contract.
  • 06 Special treatments fireproofing, antistatic, anti-mite for sensitive environments.
